With over 15 years of experience in the Managed Services industry — including a deep focus on IT and Telecoms — Michelle has built a career around driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional service outcomes. Her passion lies in complex service delivery environments and aligning operational strategies with business objectives to enable growth, efficiency, and client success.
Matthew Reeve
Prior to co-founding AiMSnet, Matt began his career in 1989 as a telecommunications engineer for GPT (GEC Plessey Telecommunications). He later worked for several major telecoms companies, including KCOM, Ericsson and Siemens, before launching his own network consultancy business in 1998.
In 2000, he founded Modern Networks, an MSP specialising in IT and Telecoms services for companies managing commercial real estate. Matt sold the business to Private Equity in 2021 and subsequently led the organisation through several acquisitions before stepping down as CEO at the end of 2024.
